Cancellation Policy
For your relaxation, all facial, massage and lash extension services are always recommended to book in advance. Please note that I am always on time to guarantee for the time of your service time. If you are a new client, please arrive 15 minutes in advance to fill out paperwork before the service. In case of your appointment changes, I am kindly requesting for 24 hour notice of cancellation. No appointment is later than 15 minutes, unless i am noticed. If no show no call, you will be charged to the full price of your service. To secure a spot of your appointment and avoid no show - no call situation, a thirty percents (30%) will be asked to pay at the time making appointment, but it will be deducted to the final price of the service on the date of your appoinment.
